Time-based SQL injection exists in Spotweb 1.4.9 via the query string.

the fix for this issue introduces the vulnerability for which
CVE-2021-3286 was assigned. This fix is therefore considered
incomplete. The bug opened to report this (#653 in the spotweb
code repository) has been closed with no valid fix being made
available so that the original issue can be solved without the
introduction of a new vulnerability. This is the status as of
2022-07-04.
