Description:
 In ImageMagick 7.0.4-9, an infinite loop can occur because of a
 floating-point rounding error in some of the color algorithms. This affects
 ModulateHSL, ModulateHCL, ModulateHCLp, ModulateHSB, ModulateHSI,
 ModulateHSV, ModulateHWB, ModulateLCHab, and ModulateLCHuv.
