Description:
 Buffer overflow in the xmlrpc_char_encode function in
 modules/transport/xmlrpc/xmlrpclib.c in Atheme before 7.2.7 allows remote
 attackers to cause a denial of service via vectors related to XMLRPC
 response encoding.
