Best practices for packaging with bzr (workshop)

Review available tools, survey developers about their usage

review the pros/cons of loom and bzr-buildpackage and update it in a straw poll
define the goals that we want to achieve for source package management (NoMoreSourcePackages should be a good basis for that)
discuss how the workflow with bzr/loom/wrapper should look like, check against the goals, and check whether we can live with the remaining cons from above list; in particular:
redundancy for package developers
how does the contribution process should look like? (BzrMaintainedPackages is a PITA ATM)
how can we make good usage/interaction with Debian's svn repos on alioth?
how can we leverage this into easier two-way merging between Debian and Ubuntu?
make sure that the process gets documented, including rationales
