Launchpad specification: Automated package install/remove/upgrade testing
There are currently two system for automatic package testing, one tests individual packages and their test-suits, one does mass upgrade and install tests (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/AutomaticPackageTesting). Those systems complement each other. We should discuss how those systems can be deployed and improved.
